What is your motivation? What drives you?
My motivation is first and foremost the concept of sharing that is fundamental to our profession. We are information-sharing facilitators and each project has challenges and issues of its own. Finding the right way, the right channel, the best communication strategy for each individual project is very motivating.

What session are you most looking forward to at the conference?
My favourite thing is this conference's proposition is the well-calculated blend of guest speakers, workshops and networking.  But one of this year's four themes is especially intriguing to me: "Communicating with Conscience: Going Beyond Borders". I believe that we don't take enough time to think about such a question et I can't wait to hear the discussions around that theme.

Why are you passionate about communications?
Communication has always been a staple in our lives. No one can work properly within a society without communicating properly. How can one not be passionate about communication in that context, especially nowadays, where communication opportunities are constantly evolving?

What is your communications philosophy?
I believe in targeted and customized communication. Every idea or project should count on a strategy adapted to each of its audiences. Mass communication no longer makes that much sense.

What grains of wisdom can you share?
In our line of work, it's essential to communicate and share information properly, but... we must also know how to listen!

What is your motivation? What drives you?
Passion is my main motivator factor. You have to believe in what you're doing and stand up for it with passion. The only way to be credible and logical!

What session are you most looking forward to at the conference?
I'm looking forward to the National Conference, especially the World Café and New Technologies and Media Evolution sessions.

What is your communications philosophy?
I'm an inspirational, hands-on team player with a participatory management style.
My philosophy is to seize every opportunity to develop synergy and empower my teammates and colleagues.

What is your motivation? What drives you?
What motivates me is the idea of contributing to highlight and create a better understanding of the work done backstage, by experts. I also have a desire to demonstrate on a daily basis that Communications is a strategic function within organisations and companies.

What session are you most looking forward to at the conference?
One thing only marketers know that can elevate PR planning and messaging.

Why are you passionate about communications?
I have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and develop new interests on an endless variety of topics.

What is your communications philosophy?
Any issue deserves reflection, and any message requires review.

What interests you the most about communications?
The thinking process required for suggesting messages and ways to reach audiences, in a way that brings them to concrete actions is of paramount interest. I’m really into issue and stakeholder analysis.

What grains of wisdom can you share?
Although we use our best capacities in creating our insights and proposals, we must remain open to comments.  Each project we bring to life is a "log" from which, through the intervention of other experts, we create a carving.  Sometimes, this log is considered a masterpiece in itself, but on other occasions, this whole log will yield but a matchstick.  Yet, even that matchstick can create light and allow us to see better and further!

What is your motivation? What drives you?
The context in which PR evolve is changing very rapidly. The Engagement + Impact Conference will discuss themes that feed my insights and help me reach new heights while networking with top-notch professionals.

What session are you most looking forward to at the conference?
I will participate in many conferences. I am especially looking forward to that of SAP's Reuven Gorsht on humanizing innovation and storytelling. But let's not forget the numerous workshops; choosing between all that content will be difficult!

Why are you passionate about communications?
In my opinion, communication is the essence of being human. To live in harmony, a society must allow optimal communication for its individuals and organizations.

What is your communications philosophy?
Listening, dialogue and transparency, while fostering "win-win" situations.

What grains of wisdom can you share?
In spite of technical progress, communication is getting more and more complex and more than ever, professional help proves useful and beneficial.
